Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken in Memphis (circa 2008). The white bread is there so you can use it to pick up the piping hot and tasty pieces from that try without scorching your fingers. It also is a nice and fluffy delivery medium for the luscious baked bean juice and coleslaw. It also doubles as napkins and drumstick holders as well. Who needs napkins? Link to
yelp review of Gus's.
Bonus: here is a blurry shot of the fried pickles!
